What exactly am I ordering?

The ʻOhana Starter Pack — 12 bamboo TP rolls and 6 bamboo paper towel rolls. Unbleached bamboo: no chlorine bleaching, no formaldehyde. Island-delivered to your door in Hawaiʻi. This is Phase 1: the product is sourced from an eco-certified supplier. It's not yet made in Hawaiʻi — that's Phase 3. We'll never claim otherwise.

How does the monthly delivery work?

If you pick the 3-, 6-, or 12-month plan, you pay once at checkout and we deliver one ʻOhana Starter Pack to your door each month. We run our own delivery routes across west-side Oʻahu, Honolulu, and the Windward Side — no carrier shipping fees, 100% of your money stays in Hawaiʻi. Neighbor islands coming as the community grows.

What if the goal isn't met?

Every preorder is refunded in full within 5 business days. No exceptions. We'll send a full update explaining what happened and when we're launching the next campaign.

A Message From Our CEO

I'm building this for my keiki. For the Hawaiʻi I want them to grow up in.

Becoming a mom changed how I read every label. PFAS, BPA, chlorine bleach — my kids deserve better than what gets shipped in by the pallet.

And so does home. Every roll we ship in is a dollar that leaves Hawaiʻi. I want my keiki to inherit a place that can stand on its own. This is where we start.
